Kero Group uses the information you provide to respond to enquiries, prepare service requests and, where you ask for a quote and we have a suitable provider, share relevant project and contact information with one selected local service provider for that requested quote.

Information we may collect

This may include your name, phone number, email address, suburb or postcode, project details, photos you choose to send, and information you provide in a service-provider partnership enquiry.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry.
To prepare or qualify the service request you submitted.
To connect a requested quote with one selected local service provider where available.
To manage potential service-provider partnerships.
To improve our enquiry process and understand which services are useful to customers.

Sharing

We do not intend to broadcast a homeowner quote request to multiple contractors. Where a suitable provider is available, relevant details may be shared with one selected provider for the purpose described in the form. We may also use service providers that host forms, email, analytics, advertising or messaging tools on our behalf.

Website measurement and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel to understand visits to our website, measure the effectiveness of advertising and record when a garage flooring enquiry has been submitted successfully. Meta may receive information such as the page visited, browser or device information, IP address, cookie identifiers and the time of the event, and may use this information in accordance with its own privacy practices.

Kero Group does not intentionally send the name, phone number, email address, photos or project answers entered in our website forms to Meta through the Pixel. The successful submission is recorded only as a standard “Lead” event.

Forms and messaging

Website forms may be processed using third-party form infrastructure. If you contact us through WhatsApp or another platform, that platform’s own privacy practices also apply.
